Process
It was a good, very productive discussion. I was asked a technical question right off the bat, which I was able to solve efficiently.
I am currently waiting for a follow-up from the recruiter.

Great Culture, Variable Teams
Software Engineering • Former Employee
Redmond, Washington, United States
June 15, 2015
Pros: Good corporate culture.
Good compensation.
Good perks.
A 9-5 job. It might not be as fancy as other tech companies right now, but there are no crazy hours or expectation to stay long hours. The culture is relatively open as well.
Cons: Typical big company problems.
Difficult transparency to higher levels. Some decisions don't make sense to lower-level employees.
Experience can vary extremely between teams – hugely! I cannot emphasize this enough. One team may have a very strict, no-nonsense culture; another might be completely different.
