Process
It was smooth.
They asked DSA and algo questions, as well as a few HR questions.
The difficulty level was medium, probably because it was on-campus recruitment.
They also asked about my projects and my previous volunteering gigs.

Great Company - Team Placement Hit or Miss
Software Engineering Intern • Former Employee

Pros: Microsoft has an incredible intern program. They have so many different intern coordinators, and there are always events to allow you to get to know other interns. You feel so integrated. The senior leadership teams, including the EVPs and CVPs, want to talk to the interns, and some got to know me by name! It really shows they care about the future of the company.
Cons: The team placement really determines what work you’re able to do, and you’re unfortunately unable to choose what areas/org you get to work in.
