- One phone screen, conducted by a recruiter, which takes 15 minutes.
- One final round interview, which is around 2-3 hours long, depending on the position you are interviewing for.

Pros: Brilliant coworkers. Great compensation and a great name to have in your CV/LI. They accept students without any previous experience. Beautiful office.
Cons: Lots of overtime. Many projects for interns aren't very fun or useful for their later careers; it depends on the team you end up in. Technologies and the codebase are often from the 90s. Ask the recruiter for a specific team; it will change your entire experience there. Poorly handled WFH (we ended up working over virtual machines on our own laptops when offices closed), but that was an industry-wide issue.

Cons: Very difficult to connect with the team, given a project that they had no intention of shipping. Minimal collaboration with other team members.
