Process
The process was pretty good, but there is one downside: it took too much time.
The process started with my application via the career site in October 2012 and finished with the onsite interview in April 2013.
I would advise Microsoft to try to speed up the process; otherwise, candidates might be very disappointed.
But at the same time, I would thank Microsoft for the good quality of service. They booked the flight and a very nice hotel.
Questions
The questions "how would you test your function?" were unexpected. I think I didn't answer them well.
