Process
Great process. Paid for everything, and were very accommodating. Flew me out to Redmond, Washington. Paid for hotel, food, taxi, etc. Interviews were tough, but fair. Did fairly well on them; however, I had a few slip ups, which ultimately cost me the position in my eyes.

Great and stable company
Software Engineering • Current Employee
Redmond, Washington, United States
February 13, 2017
Pros: It has great stability and many areas to which you can switch during your career. It also has many benefits.
Cons: The company is too huge, so you won't be able to make a lot of difference there. Since there's a reasonable amount of people on each team, things are changing.
But until now, it seems that there's not too much integration between completely different teams. It's hard to reuse what they did.

Learned a ton, and met some great people
Software Engineering • Current Employee
Redmond, Washington, United States
June 28, 2017
Pros: You work with a lot of great people that are really smart. With such a large user base, you can have a huge impact.
Cons: No free food. The red tape around getting paid, benefits, and infrastructure in general can be pretty terrible.
It gets better after the first few weeks.
