Got sent to final round interviews after a recruiter asked me a couple behavioral questions and a brain-teaser/puzzle. Went to Seattle and interviewed for half a day (4 interviews for 45 minutes each). There were a lot of people interviewing at the same time. Mostly other interns. Overall, it was a great experience, even without an offer.

Pros: Good corporate culture. Good compensation. Good perks. A 9-5 job. It might not be as fancy as other tech companies right now, but there are no crazy hours or expectation to stay long hours. The culture is relatively open as well.

Cons: Typical big company problems. Difficult transparency to higher levels. Some decisions don't make sense to lower-level employees. Experience can vary extremely between teams – hugely! I cannot emphasize this enough. One team may have a very strict, no-nonsense culture; another might be completely different.

Cons: The company is too huge, so you won't be able to make a lot of difference there. Since there's a reasonable amount of people on each team, things are changing. But until now, it seems that there's not too much integration between completely different teams. It's hard to reuse what they did.
