After the Codility OA, there was a virtual interview with people from different teams and seniority levels. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful throughout the process, from the recruiter to every interviewer.
The process was very long, with significant waiting times between phases. This, besides the difficulty of the assessments, was the only downside.
