Process
There was a technical phone screen followed by an onsite interview with five employees: three Solutions Architects and two Managers.
Two technical rounds were unrelated to my work profile.
It's been quite a few days, and I have not heard back from the recruiter, despite requesting feedback.
I took a day off from work to attend this interview. I expect at least a "No match" reply from Microsoft HR!
