Pros: Large scale, huge customer base, nice people, and good working conditions/facilities.

Cons: Occasional old tech and vendor lock to Azure/MSFT tech stack, which could be a drawback. Every engineer will eventually work on a terrible compliance/corporate-y related feature, which is a pain.
