You will have a 30-minute prep session from the recruiter team, a day or two before your interview. They will tell you what to expect, what questions might be asked, and what to focus on. Not all companies will do that—this is interesting.

There were only three 45-minute interviews, but they require you to commit to a full day. You have to accept that there is no flexibility, and they ask very hard questions, trying to push you to your limit to see your reaction under stress.

Soft skills interview. I was asked why I wanted to join Microsoft. They basically wanted to know if I had done my research. They also asked me a hard math question at the end.
