Pros: It's good for growth and learning.
Cons: It's worst as it doesn't care about the employees who work for them for years. For example, I worked for Microsoft for seven years, but they just laid me off when I was expecting a promotion and a great bonus. They just laid me off because I was working from home. They didn't even ask me to come back to the office. I was a core employee on my project, but they fired me because I was working from home.
