Pros

Most of the team members are nice. Good benefits (not the best), stability.

Cons

This is a very sales-driven role, and you are under tremendous pressure to meet the quota.

Team members are very arrogant, having been at the company for a while. They are super smart, which is funny to watch.

Total compensation is low compared to other similar companies.

There are very high expectations for little money.

There is no feeling of appreciation. They let you know you are just a number, and they can replace you tomorrow.

Many come here hearing all these great stories about culture and support, only to find out it's different here.

No one cares about you; you are on your own and responsible for your own happiness. For most, it just doesn't feel right and can be very, very depressing.

People who have been here for a while are typically degraded, and you won't find common ground with them, which becomes difficult to work with.

Make sure you know the expectations when you accept the offer. Don't buy the hype about culture and WLB. You will be working HARD here, I mean very HARD (probably like AWS hard, but for less money).
