The interview process is concise and straightforward, especially when compared to other tech companies. A technical interview is followed by two soft skills interviews: * One with the business development manager. * Another with the hiring manager.
The interview was easy, with fewer technical questions than expected. I anticipated more challenging technical questions, given it was for Microsoft. However, they seemed to be assessing soft skills, culture fit, and past experience.
3 interviews in one day, each one asking different topics and probing questions and answers. Then there was behavior assessment, and finally, a lot of background screening. All in all, very fair.
