• Mission: MS is very intense on its mission to empower everyone on the planet to do more. This is well felt in the company, and great measures are put in place to reach those goals while being inclusive to all.
• They would sometimes hire external resources as a team manager.
Sometimes, hiring external resources as a manager for a company that truly respects its values can be a bad idea. Most external resources would come with their external manager experience, which isn't suitable in some cases for MS. They would just come and mess up everything. The manager role should be acquired from within, from those who understand the company.
