Possibility of growth. The company expects the leader to be human and help their employees grow. The benefits are very good.
Every Big Tech company easily suffers from layoffs, and the feeling of stability would be preferred to be greater. I understand that 100% stability is only achieved by being a public servant, but even as a private company, it would be better if this didn't happen.
