- For my account team and customer, it was pretty good WLB, but your mileage may vary.
- Free Azure certifications were available to obtain, and you got 3 tries per cert.
- The bonus is generally 30% and is pretty easily obtainable, as CSAs aren't on individual quotas.
- Job responsibilities seem to change every year.
- CSA has no defined set role; experience entirely depends on your team/account.
- Low RSU packages vs. PM/SWE offers.
