- Private Insurance.
- Annual Wellbeing Budget (for things like gym membership and certain hobbies).
Even if you are performing at a top level, it might be hard to get promotions. The decision about getting promoted or not comes from upper management that doesn't interact with you directly.
The direct manager should have more decision power regarding the promotion of their direct reports. The process could be less political and more transparent.
