Pros

Amazing reach to customers worldwide. Huge amounts of knowledge to consume amongst peers and internal resources.

Cons

Treated like a seller but not paid like a seller. Limited growth potential with good ideas. SLT bares teeth now rather than good vibes.

Advice to Management

Incentivize on-target work both on the front and back of the fiscal year.

Pay people what they are worth and leave it up to the individual contributor to determine whether personal time off is more important to them in the current fiscal year or additional, aka rewarded for going above expectations, pay is more important to them.

Rewards should not be lumped into my base value of worth for doing the job, yet they are.
