Virtual structure good, lack of meaningful collaboration
Meetings and collaboration done over Teams were very productive and smooth.
There was easy accessibility to the technology needed for any project work.
Not enough focus on project work. Most of the time, you spend in meetings rather than progressing in any work.
Employees can be a bit arrogant. As an intern, they don't have much time to offer help and will be fed up if you ask for it, so you really need to know the field well. You're also expected to work outside the normal 9-5 hours for meetings.
Offer more support to interns. Often, you're given a task, and when asking for help, you receive slow replies or arrogant responses. Employees almost felt fed up helping.
