You receive an email, then a call. You get ghosted, and then you don't get the job. Overall, not a very good experience. Perhaps it's too large of a company?

The interview process was straightforward and normal, with typical questions about availability, experience, and so on. The recruiter was generally nice and responsive. There was a fair amount of technical and behavioral questions.
