The virtual interview was relaxed and had a two-way bent to it. I was pleased to be able to ask questions and drive the meeting agenda. My feeling is the interviewer was trying to gauge my social fit more than anything.

You receive an email, then a call. You get ghosted, and then you don't get the job. Overall, not a very good experience. Perhaps it's too large of a company?
