First round phone call with the talent team. We discussed their experience and the roles they have in the space. Then, we moved on to some technical questions and talked about the rest of the interview process.

The interview process was structured. There was some delay in response, but overall, I was happy with the scheduling and communication from the HR team. There could be some improvement on the timeline regarding feedback and response from the team.
