Salary is good but not the best in the market. However, other benefits make it better.
If you are in a department that does not bring profit soon enough, you are free cattle. But you should anyway think you are an entrepreneur, even when you are not. You have to earn your position every year, at least here.

Engineer
The first round was an online test. There were 3 coding questions to be solved in an hour. This was followed by a technical round and an HR round. The coding questions were based on data structures. The test was held on Cocubes.
