Cliques in management. Buddies promote buddies. Management is made up of incompetent hillbillies, and you wonder how they ever got that position.
We have lost our ability to produce products at a pace that keeps up with competition. We have lost our ability to innovate and do great things for customers. We need to refocus on those areas so we don't end up like the dinosaurs so many other companies have turned into.
