Both management and coworkers do everything to help. In my two years of working as a full-time employee, I have grown in my professional and personal life thanks to my coworkers, including management, who are also coworkers. Microsoft treats us as family, not as employees. The benefits are incredible, and Microsoft is always looking for improvement.
