I underwent multiple rounds of interviews with many different questions. Some of these were standard competency questions, while others were difficult technical questions. For each question, I was given a whiteboard and a timer to solve them.

I had previously had an internship, so I went straight to the final round for standard coding questions. They flew me to Dublin and paid for two nights at a great hotel.

It was really great, with no issues at all. Microsoft evaluates “how you think, how you learn, how you collaborate.” You’ll get situational or STAR-style questions, focusing on past behavior, challenges, conflict, and successes.
