The facilities are amazing, and the class we took before working with a team was incredibly helpful. My coworkers either had an amazing time or a terrible time, depending on what team they were placed with.
Management of the program is a bit disorganized. If you are looking to be hired full-time, it is really dependent on what team you are placed with, and placements seem pretty random.
Do better vetting for which teams can take on an apprentice. Do they have the capacity to hire a junior? Have they worked with juniors before? What mentors are available, and what is the plan for helping your apprentice succeed?
