Pros

Access to technical resources, nice offices that provide privacy, great benefits, and the ability to directly contribute to software used by millions of people.

Cons

Lacking in innovation, too much bloat, inefficiencies, and dead-ends. The ranking system does more harm than good. There's a lack of partnership with other software companies, instead attempting to monopolize in a space where they should not.
