Great pay and benefits. The work has impact, but you can be bogged down by process frequently

Pros

You have immense resources, and your work can have an impact on literally billions of people.

The benefits are great, and the pay is more than competitive.

Cons

The many layers of management and the size of the company can make getting things done difficult and time-consuming. When you work for a company that has over 90,000 employees and over a billion customers, your impact can be huge, which requires great care. Therefore, you spend more than half of your time planning rather than executing.

Advice to Management

Try to remove some of the layers of management and oversight to enable employees to get their work done quicker.
