After talking with the headhunter and then with the HR recruiter, I had to go through multiple Teams (remote) interviews. These were with: * Key members of the team in Tel Aviv * Executives and peers in Redmond * Some remote executives

Coding rounds were medium, and the interview was a bit tough. DSA, a good resume with projects, and dev skills were required. You need to be prepared for coding questions as well.

There were two one-on-one interviews. The first was general and asked two technical questions. The second interview was with the team manager. It was longer and more detailed, with harder questions, and lasted about an hour and a half.
