I applied online on Microsoft's careers page. It was an absolute pathetic experience with Microsoft Hyderabad. I was unable to get a hold of a human or any kind of response from the recruiter. A few weeks later, I received an email from a recruiter

There were 5 rounds in total. The interviewer in the 3rd round looked highly prejudiced and was not listening to answers carefully. This was only for the 3rd round and was disappointing.

I applied online. The process took two weeks. - Technical screening - Three technical interviews Interviews had half of the time conversation about experience, past projects, and way of working, and half of it design questions with a bit of coding
