A lot of opportunities
Still many old habits of long-timers.
The interview experience was pretty bad. One interview went on for a long time, with questions that weren't relevant to the new role. After the interview, the team didn't get back to me for a long time. They only responded after I asked for feedback
This was a negative and, for me, a worst experience with MS. In general, MS interviews and their process are always good, inspiring, and a benchmark. However, this time it seemed a little unprofessional and predetermined.
I had four rounds of technical interviews, followed by a hiring manager round. The questions were mostly around designing solutions, and the interviewers focused on what the candidate knew rather than what was missing, which was really good.
