Pros

Good compensation and benefits.

Some decent managers and groups.

Cons

Toxic managers are allowed to go against company policy by the HR department.

Few hardware jobs are available if you would like to make an internal move, and a full interview loop is required for them.

24/7 on-call duty was added after hire with no extra compensation or accommodation.

Advice to Management

Fire managers with many HR complaints and people leaving to get away from them.
