It's Microsoft! There is nothing like working for such a HUGE company. There are so many more opportunities to find your dream job, to learn new things, be a part of new technology development, travel, and be successful.
The biggest downfall is the flip side to one of the positives. It's a HUGE company, and it's very easy to get lost in the masses.
Other downsides are that, with a company this size, it's easy for bad employees to stay employed because it's easier for them to fly under the radar. People tend to be moved on rather than gotten rid of.
