Great employer, benefits, and work-time flexibility are great. Some orgs have great opportunity to grow as an engineer.
Horrible HR performance review model. It drives employees (managers included) to focus on covering their asses rather than being encouraged to innovate.
Senior management severely lacks vision and creativity.
