This is already a grown-up place, and so they did not need people for the long run in the Bangalore setup. Every quarter, they screw some people for no reason because work has not moved from the US to Bangalore as yet. If you allow me to say something about the MS Bangalore culture, then it is just a big boss culture where people get nominated and evacuated from the house every quarter.

Please stop big boss culture and throw people in one short sprint, allowing others to nurture their career dreams. Replacing one apple with an orange or guava will not suffice your long-term strategic goals here.
