Needs more focus on consumer business if it doesn't want to cede control over to Apple, Facebook, or Google. It seems the management just doesn't get that business and has no idea of how to succeed in it.
Consumer, consumer, consumer. This is the next growth segment, and unless we have a good long-term business plan, our growth will be slower.
