Pros

Great team members and projects can be interesting challenges, but they are dated, mostly refactorings or copying existing competition features.

Cons

Managers are only lifers that were hired from college. Tech is still decades behind the competition. Change is slow.

Advice to Management

Fire the PMs and middle managers.
