Flexible work hours, able to work from home (varies by group/position).
The review system is still flawed. The bonus structure is no longer transparent. Health insurance is not what it used to be. At certain job level boundaries, it is easier to level externally than internally. If you're there for more than 3-5 years, you're doing something wrong.
