I interviewed for the position of "Senior Software Engineer" at Microsoft Romania for three months, from July to October 2024. During this period, I was evaluated five times based on technical skills and received positive feedback from the developers

They start with a screening call (expecting 30-45 minutes). They take notes and send them to a technical team for review. They do very little talking on their end and mostly write notes as you speak.

First, a 1-hour screening interview on Microsoft Teams, with a programming question to solve in a text editor. Then, four 1-hour interviews with members of the HoloLens team: * One on program design * Three on technical programming questions
