The first stage was a phone screening, followed by an on-site interview with three team members and the manager. Everyone was very nice. The questions ranged from design to coding on the whiteboard.

The interview process was fairly challenging, but with a little practice, I feel you can clear it. Have strong projects listed on your resume and good system design knowledge. The DSA asked is mostly easy-medium level.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took one week. It was a smooth process that started with a referral from a friend for the AI foundry team in Bengaluru. I was informed that there would be an initial two rounds of DSA and coding, f
