Perks and benefits are really good, but your peace of mind and professional happiness is directly proportional to the relationship you have with your manager.
Most of the leadership is good, but I met a couple of jerks as a manager who can go to any extent to make your life hell. Such jerks do one thing: cut you out from everywhere and blame you for not supporting the team as a senior resource.
Unnecessary cutthroat competition. Lot of politics. People talk about supporting each other, but in reality, each one wants to rise to the heights by stepping on other's graves.
