Benefits are top-notch. Hackathons are very fun.
Work-life balance is horrid if you are on DRI. I have never seen in 12 years of programming a manager treat an employee so badly that they went on FMLA for depression. Don't get on the bad side of your manager. Every manager seems to be fake nice. They will stick you in an open office environment with a bunch of PMs.
90% of the offices are empty, and you still force people to be in an open office.

I applied through an employee referral. - During the full loop, along with LeetCode problems, the focus was more on system design and non-functional requirements in design. - Low-level as well as high-level system design questions were asked.

The interview process was lengthy and drawn out due to the abysmal scheduling of both the engineering team and the human resources team. I waited almost two months to receive the final decision. Would not recommend!
