Interesting project, good work-life balance, supportive managers.
Stock refresh is not so great.
Online test, then an in-person interview in Redmond, WA. All travel expenses, including airfare, hotel, and daily meals, were covered by the employer. The campus was nice and big, and I met friendly people there.
The interview process consisted of three rounds, followed by an offer. The interview questions were very basic, nothing as hard as Google or Facebook. I met with three people one-on-one, and after they submitted their feedback, I received the offer.
Very disappointed. One interviewer was from a different team (replacing another interviewer) and continued to ask questions on topics that were not very related to the position and that I am not familiar with.
