Clearly filling an interview quota. No feedback was provided except "not up to par." They attempted to get me to apply for another position, but I wouldn't unless they gave feedback. There was no contact after that.

Aptitude matters. Coding matters. Clean coding matters. Approach, more than answer, matters. Sometimes, the problem might just be puzzles. And more than solving, how you think about the solution matters more.

The interview process was lengthy and drawn out due to the abysmal scheduling of both the engineering team and the human resources team. I waited almost two months to receive the final decision. Would not recommend!
