Full day on-campus interview after the initial interview on school campus. They flew me out to Redmond for three interviews within the day. I spent all day in the interview room, minus some tours and other activities.

I had a phone interview and was asked how I would approach a problem that the Surface team was actually facing. I believe they were trying to assess my problem-solving approach, how I would come up with test cases, and how I would zero in on the prob

This was the interview process: * Online Application * HR Interview (Skype Connection) - 30-minute call with HR * Assessment Day (2 weeks after the HR call if you're successful) * Manager Interview In the HR interview, it is a 30-minute video call
