They decided not to invite me to an interview without any particular reason. They kept me waiting for a couple of weeks before replying. They seem to not care about developers with 5 years of development experience in a corporate/enterprise environ

The Microsoft recruitment team visited my university to screen resumes and select candidates for a phone screen. Since I had an internal referral from a friend, they decided to skip the phone screen. I then had a one-on-one interview on my university

I applied online. There were 4 typical rounds of interviews. I was asked to design a system and some DSA questions. The interviewer was friendly, and he gave me hints where I felt stuck.
