The process started with a fairly involved technical screen, followed by a technical interview with a team member. I pulled out at this stage, but suspect that I would have been rejected anyway.

I received a phone call from their office in Redmond, and the interview lasted 45 minutes. The interview included a range of questions, from short-answer technical queries to behavioral and problem-solving inquiries. No coding questions were asked.

I reached out to the interviewer assigned to my region in September, during my penultimate semester at college. We scheduled a phone interview for a month later. The phone interview was similar to what others described, testing my knowledge about Mi
