- Good peers.
- Decent work, not very interesting but not boring either.
- Less salary than expected for the market at the same levels.
- Slow progress on projects.
- Hit on work-life balance, especially in Aznet.
- With firing/layoffs, a new culture is coming in. Still no revision on salary.
