On interview day, I went through several different interviews with people in my office. The process lasted several hours and included many technical and thought-provoking questions. While it was all fair, the experience was still a bit daunting.

I talked to Microsoft at the university career fair. The day before the interview, there was a helpful session with the interviewers. The next day, I had a 45-minute technical interview on campus.
